Email Reporting Definitions

·         From/Brand: This is the from the line of the email; it is usually the name of the advertiser. 


·         Headline: The subject line of the email. 


·         Audience: the number of emails delivered. 


·         Views: The number of times the email was opened. 


·         Clicks: the number of times recipients clicked on a URL within the email creative. 


·         View %: The number of times recipients opened the email compared to the Audience (quantity delivered). 


·         Click %: The number of times recipients clicked on a URL in the email compared to the Audience (quantity delivered). 


·         CTVR (Click-To-View-Rate): The number of times recipients clicked on a URL in the email compared to the number of views. 


·         Clicks By Device: This is a breakdown of the clicks made on a desktop vs a mobile device. 


·         Clicks By Web Browser: This is a breakdown of the types of browsers recipients used when they clicked on a URL in the email creative. 

·         Link Summary: This is a report of the clicks broken down by each URL within the email creative.
