Chat-What constitutes an actual chat?
Somebody who chats with our agent. If they provide contact information then the chat would convert into a lead, if no information provided then it remains a chat.
Billable Leads-what qualifies as a billable lead?
A "Sales" lead is defined as someone we've chatted with where we've obtained their name and contact information, someone who's interest fits within your areas of practice/services offered, someone who falls within your geographic coverage area, and someone who's expressed an interest in being contacted by you. Anything other than that, we will still send you the information but it is not considered billable.
Total Leads-Is this just billable leads or does this include something else. -
All leads generated, Sales, Service or Other
