How to Submit a Ticket | Ad Ops Ticket Submission Process

Our goal is to provide you with the help you need for orders, support questions and any other issue you have regarding fulfillment.  The portal is broken up into three categories.

  1. Digital Marketing Services
  2. Owned and Operated Orders
  3. Owned and Operated Support.


DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES

This first phase of Fresh Desk will support test market orders only.  Budget Requests for SEM, SEO, or Websites can be submitted here.  Full proposal requests via a C.N.A. needing SEM, SEO, or Websites along with any other tactic can be submitted here as well. 

  • Do you need just a budget request?  Complete page 2 of the C.N.A. for Surround Search or Surround SEO. Needing a website quote? Complete the website form and attach it to your ticket.  Ad Ops will fulfill your request and respond with the requested quote. 
    • Here's the process:  Select Digital Marketing Services>Needs Assessments, Media Plans, or Proposals>Budget Request.  Then select the type of budget request needed.  You may add any additional instructions in the description section and then attach your form(s). If your request is urgent, please indicate and provide an explanation.  
  • If you need a full proposal, complete your C.N.A.  Then submit a ticket along with C.N.A, and Ad Ops will respond with your proposal. 
    • Here's the process:  Select Digital Marketing Services. Needs Assessments, Media Plans, or Proposals>Needs Assessment Form.  You may then provide any additional instructions in the description section and attach your C.N.A.  If the request is urgent, please indicate and provide an explanation.
  • If you need to place an Order for Live Chat or Surround Presence, please select DMS>DMS Orders>New Order and then attach buy sheet or explain your request in the description section.  Please also provide WO# and submit. 


OWNED AND OPERATED

Any Owned and Operated order or support request will be fulfilled through this portal.  Requests via email will no longer be accepted.  Please make certain you submit your requests with all the required information.  Make full use of the description field to provide as much information as needed to help us fulfill your request.  You may also attach any support documentation needed.  

  • Placing an Owned and Operated Order is simple.  
    • Here's the process:  Select Owned and Operated Order>Complete requested info>Select Ticket Category>then complete populated fields. If your request is urgent, please indicate and provide an explanation.
